The BosMUN Grant
BosMUN recognizes that many schools might face financial barrier when it comes to attending academic conferences. In an effort to make our conference more accessible and inclusive, we are proud to offer the BosMUN Grant to support schools and delegates in need. Through the BosMUN Grant, eligible schools may receive partial or full assistance toward registration fees. Additionally, this grant will cover a majority of the food costs for delegates and advisors during conference weekend. We strongly believe that financial limitations should never prevent passionate students from participating in meaningful educational experiences. Details on eligibility, deadlines, and the application will be released on June 1st, 2025. Stay tuned for more information.
Fundraising Package
In addition to our financial aid offerings, BosMUN is excited to provide a Fundraising Package — a comprehensive guide designed to help schools raise funds independently within their local communities. This resource includes practical strategies, sample outreach templates, and a list of fundraising ideas tailored for student organizations. Whether you're new to fundraising or looking to expand your efforts, this guide empowers schools to take initiative and make BosMUN attendance more financially sustainable.
